Our pose for Day 15 of #CrazySexyYoga is Crescent Lunge Pose | Anjaneyasana. It can help you with balance and open your chest and hips. Crescent lunge can also strengthen your legs, back, shoulders and arms while creating stamina. Talk about sexy! 😍
1⃣ Start in downward facing dog. Exhale and step your right foot forward between your hands, align your knee over your foot.
2⃣ Inhale and raise your torso upright, sweeping your arms up overhead, palms facing
3⃣ Be careful not to overarch your lower back. Lengthen through your tailbone and reach back through your left heel. Look up to your thumbs.
4⃣ Exhale, release your torso towards your right thigh, bring your hands to the floor. On another exhale, release your right foot to join your left in downward facing dog. Hold for a few breaths then repeat on the left side.
